A few honest answers.
- Is the first block really free?
- Yes. Your first block at Tempo costs nothing, whichever one you choose. Book it like any other and we will sort the rest when you arrive.
- I have never done this before. Is that fine?
- More than fine. Every block scales to complete beginners, and the breath-led pace is forgiving by design. Tell the teacher it is your first time and they will keep an eye out.
- Can I freeze or cancel my membership?
- Anytime. The monthly plan cancels with no penalty, and you can freeze for up to a month if life gets in the way. No forms, no fuss, just a message to the front desk.
- What should I bring?
- Yourself and something comfortable to move in. We provide mats, props, towels, and water, and there are showers and lockers if you are heading somewhere after.
