Maya Reyes
Vinyasa, breathwork
Maya opens the day. She trained in Mysore and Lisbon and teaches a slow, warm flow that feels less like exercise and more like waking up gently. Her dawn block fills first for a reason.
Teachers
Our teachers come from yoga, strength coaching, dance, and physical therapy, and they all teach the same breath-led way. Different rooms, different energy, the same care.
Vinyasa, breathwork

Strength, conditioning
Theo runs the strength blocks. A former decathlete turned coach, he builds slow, deliberate sessions where nothing is rushed and everything is earned. Expect to work, and to know exactly why.
Breath, stillness
Noor teaches the midday reset. Trained in clinical breathwork, she can take a packed, frazzled room and settle it in three minutes flat. People come for the body and stay for the quiet.
Mobility, movement
Ivo handles mobility. With a background in dance and physical therapy, he is the one who finds the stiff hip you forgot about and patiently talks it back to life. Endlessly precise, quietly funny.
Restorative, recovery
Lena closes the day. Her night block is all soft light and long, supported shapes, the kind of class you leave feeling like you slept for an hour. Come tired, leave unwound.
Each teacher keeps to their blocks through the week. Check the board and pick your hour.
